AYURVEDIC COACHING

If you’re new to the concept of Ayurveda, fear not. I have answered a few FAQs below. Please read on to find out how it could complement you on your healing journey.

WHAT IS AYURVEDA?

Ayurveda is a sacred healing science that originated in India between 3000-5000 years ago. The word Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge), therefore meaning “knowledge of life”.

A key concept of Ayurveda is that good health can be achieved and maintained through correctly balancing different areas in a person’s life including right thought, diet and lifestyle. By applying Ayurvedic coaching, you may be able to achieve a much-wanted balance between the body, mind, spirit, and the environment.

WHAT DOES AYURVEDA MEAN TO YOU?

Small changes can have a profound impact on our life. We can cultivate emotional awareness, notice what areas are not serving us and slowly reset.

Simple tools can have a big impact and enable us to live healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives.

WHAT TRAINING DO YOU HAVE?

I am a qualified Ayurvedic Health Counsellor following the completion of a 600-hour specialist training course completed between 2021 – 2023. I specialise in Feminine Form Ayurveda, which teaches the importance of going with the flow of life.

HOW WILL YOU WORK WITH ME?

I love to bring life tools in a group environment through workshops but I also do one-to-one sessions if required. My aim is to help you achieve balance mentally, physically, energetically, emotionally and spiritually.

I can help empower you to start finding and treating the root cause, which could be a simple life change, or changes, that have a profound effect. We will take small steps to achieve long-lasting positive change for you.

No matter what you have been through, whether you have experienced trauma that you feel is great or small, I am here to help kickstart your healing journey.
