YOGA
I discovered yoga in 2015 and quickly fell in love with the way that it made me feel. It changed my outlook and prepared me better to deal with the daily stresses of life. I had been suffering with anxiety but this disappeared within a couple of months of regular practice.

I signed up for a teacher training course a few months later in order to share my passion and pass on all that I was learning. In 2016 I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Kathy Ran (Hot Zen Yoga, London), through Ella & Fleur Hot Yoga in Cheltenham and I’ve been teaching regularly ever since.

I later gained my Yin yoga teaching qualification and in 2024 I completed my advanced 500-hour teacher training through Orange Yoga in Cheltenham. I’m also registered with the world governing body, Yoga Alliance.

Yoga was a beautiful complement to the healing work that I had started a few years earlier and through it myself, and those who come to practice with me, have created a warm and welcoming community in the heart of Prestbury, Gloucestershire.

As well as yoga, I often organise charity coffee mornings, social events and self-development workshops to give those in the group the chance to connect with like-minded people.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi, or a first-time one, you are welcome. Not only can yoga assist us in becoming more flexible and stronger, it can also bring us into the present moment, help us to be mindful and bring more awareness to the link of body and breath.
